Father Ponec served as Priest-in-Charge at St. Bartholomew’s until his death in November 2020. Although we know that he now lives in his true native land with our Lord, we miss him deeply.

In December 2022, Debra Ponec presented her husband’s deacon stoles to Deacon Rick Gregory in thanksgiving for his ordination to the diaconate. Each week, Deacon Rick wears these stoles in our Sunday Liturgy.
