This site is owned and operated by St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church, Woodinville, Washington.

Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us.  St. Bartholomew’s Church wants to make your experience online safe as well as satisfying.

INFORMATION WE GATHER
St. Bartholomew’s gathers the following information about users:

  • Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions.  These are submitted by users in order to receive our electronic e-mail, to participate in our message boards or forums, or to send an email.
  • Under no circumstances does St. Bartholomew’s divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

Optional Voluntary Information
We offer interactive services through the website, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users.

Comments/ Subscribers Policy
Users of the site’s Comments Form and Subscribers Form must register separately for these services in order to post comments and subscribe to e-mail that advises users whenever new posts have been added to the site.  However, users needn’t register to visit the site.  During registration, the user is required to supply a username, password and email address.

Children
Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

USE OF INFORMATION
St. Bartholomew’s uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.

We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:

  • Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely alleviates the need to gather any personally indentifiable information from our users
